What do we do?  Everything (almost) in property is the short answer.  We have been involved in property, in one form or another, for almost forty five years, and actively involved in the BTL market for over thirty years.   We have learned a bit in that time…!

We have a large and varied portfolio spread over most of the country, and we are constantly on the lookout for more deals that will improve our holdings.

A major focus for us is the teaching/coaching/mentoring programmes we have. We have been very successful in this field, and have many students – newbies and old hands – who have benefited enormously from our committed, performance-based approach to success.

Talking of success, we meet so, so many people who have the knowledge, but, for one reason or another, are not making the most of their potential.

For this reason we developed our 12 month *Personal Mentoring Programme. By ‘Personal Mentoring’, we mean just that, of course. One-to-one, personal attention. Sitting in a classroom once a month with 30 other people is NOT mentoring – it is group coaching.   The sort of thing you get on a course, and far less effective than mentoring.

‘Personal Mentoring’ means means looking at your goals, your aspirations, your ambitions, your resources and constructing a programme designed just for you. As a result your chances of success are greatly enhanced.
