Unfortunately, Options seem to be getting a reputation as being difficult to do, but there’s a reason for that.
There are a lot of “Wannabe Gurus” out there who try to make money by copying my Lease Option courses. The trouble is that they don’t know the ‘ins and outs’ of the contracts, and when it comes to the point in the course when they have to explain them, they cop out by telling their audience to just ‘fill in a Heads of Terms and give it to your solicitor’.
