NOTE: Like all contracts, you need to understand it thoroughly in order to negotiate the deal. It’s not difficult to understand, but it is a legal contract, and there are inclusions that are very pertinent to YOU, rather than the other party. As part of the deal I will personally walk you through all the paperwork so that you understand it.
